Privacy Policy

Kovarra (“we,” “us”) is a product studio: we design, build, and operate software and AI systems for in-home sales and the trades, including our flagship product, AllinOS. This policy describes what we collect through kovarra.com and in the course of our work, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, and company details when you book a call, email us, or engage our services.
• Scheduling. Call bookings are processed by Calendly. Information you enter when booking is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
• Payments. When you engage us, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank numbers.
• Technical basics. Standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, deliver engagements, send invoices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, and only as needed to operate.

Client data from builds and engagements

During a build or an engagement, clients may share business data with us, such as product catalogs, pricing, and records that include their customers’ contact information. We use that data only to deliver the work it was shared for, we protect it, we do not sell it or reuse it for other clients, and we delete it upon request when the work ends.

AllinOS

AllinOS is a Kovarra product with its own application and accounts. Data inside AllinOS is governed by the AllinOS privacy policy and terms in addition to this policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing spencer@kovarra.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
