Kovarra
Kovarra is a technology company. We build custom software, AI systems and tools, and through Kovarra Interactive, a game engine of our own.

Custom platform
- Every lead. Leads arrive from the store as they are booked. The rep's whole day, and every conversation with the homeowner, on one screen.
- Every measurement. Windows measured and drawn in the home: mulls, shapes and grid patterns, down to the codes the factory builds from.
- Every price. Quoted from each store's own contract, with every option, fee and permit, before the rep leaves the table.
- Every signature. Signed on the iPad with AllinOS's own e-sign. The contract, the order form and the install notes come from one record.
- Every dollar. Reps see their pay, and every sale ties out to Window World's own results, every night.
- The whole company. Reps, managers, owners and auditors on one live system. Four stores in three states run on it, and the company is moving the rest of its work onto it.

Kovarra Interactive
An engine of our own.
We're building a custom game engine for real-time ray-traced light and neural rendering, and our first game, a city builder, to run on it. Both are in development.
We build what a company can't buy off the shelf.
Custom platforms
Whole systems shaped around how one company works. AllinOS runs a sales organization from the first appointment to the paycheck.
AI systems
Models doing real work inside the product: reading, drafting and checking, with the cost of every call tracked.
Engines and real-time graphics
Kovarra Interactive builds rendering technology for games and live 3D.
Tools
Internal tools and automations for teams that have outgrown their spreadsheets.

Spencer Smith, founder
I started Kovarra to build the things I couldn't buy.
The first was AllinOS. I spent two years building it while I was still selling in the field, and Window World bought it.
Now Kovarra takes on custom work for companies, and Kovarra Interactive is building an engine of our own. The rule hasn't changed: build it next to the people who will use it, then ship it.
